The apartment is located in a famous building in Rijeka designed by the architect Venceslav Celligoi, called Casa Rossa by, which is where the name of the apartment comes from. It spreads over 60 m2. Before the adaptation it was used as a business space. Through the adaptation, all partition walls in the apartment are completely removed, while the new walls form the entrance area, two bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, pantry and spacious living room with a kitchen.

The interior is designed as a combination of historicist and contemporary style. The base of the interior corresponds to the historicist background of the building itself, using original stucco on the walls, rich wall and ceiling borders and profiled doors, while all the furniture is of a contemporary character.
