conceptual design + main project

The existing complex is a closed structured complex of buildings and walls that form an inner courtyard.
Through the reconstruction project two residential units on are planned in the ground floor, one of which has a gallery with a bedroom and a bathroom, along with a series of common spaces for socializing and relaxing in the basement with a direct access to the yard with an outdoor pool, a canopy and an existing auxiliary building.
The newly formed building follows the contours of the existing ruins, while the stone walls that form the courtyard remain as they are.
During the design, special attention was paid to respecting the usual way of building in the village of Dane, with the architectural design being coordinated with the surrounding buildings and the silhouette of the village.
